Returns

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

You are welcome to return unwanted items for exchange or refund, provided they are returned within 28 days with a valid proof of purchase, and both the goods and their packaging are in perfect condition. Returns are made at the risk and expense of the customer. Please obtain a returns number prior to returning goods, which can be requested via our online returns form below, or by contacting us on 01780 482231 during normal office hours.

If you are returning used goods with a suspected fault, please ensure your item is cleaned before return; if returned dirty this may necessitate a £15 cleaning charge before the item can be sent back to the manufacturer. Once your item has been returned and inspected we will be in touch to let you know how we will proceed.

Once items have been received back into our warehouse, please allow 2-3 days for clearance through our returns process.

    This can be found on the invoice you received with the goods. If you do not have this, please use your online order reference which can be found on your confirmation email.
    If you have more than one item to return, please complete a separate form for each item
    Please note, if an item is returned as 'faulty', in some cases it may be necessary to repair rather than replace. If this is the case, we will contact you to discuss.
