Customer Collections

If you’d like to make a collection, please place your order in advance either online or by phone. We’ll process the order and send you a text when it’s ready for collection. Collections can be made between 0800 – 1645, Monday to Friday. 

Most orders are processed within an hour, although it can take longer in busy times so please wait for your text to arrive before setting out!

Should you wish to try any clothing or footwear on, we can’t offer this service on the premises, so please place a collection order, take the goods away, and try on in the convenience of your own home or workplace. Should you require an exchange on any product, we’ll be happy to offer this in line with our usual returns policy.
